Prime Doctrines

I've recently been banned from a certain Trumpist's site, despite our having a long history of commenting at each other's blogs. (He and his loyal pals may still comment here.)

"Prager U" is one of his go-to sources of information and opinion. It is his gospel, of course. It is all believed 100% beyond question.

Ever since he drank the Big Lie koolade, he's been self-radicalizing to the extreme.  He finally had enough of my repeated requests for evidence showing the election was stolen. (Oh, me of little faith.)

After years of  lecturing me on how much I was being "Marxist, Leftist, Socialist”, etc, he's now all aboard the "Leftists Are Fascists" train.

Well, that train derailed. Do they know fascists have always hated communists?

Do they know, or care, what those words even mean? Or is it just about the hate?

Exhibit A: "Anyone that simply wishes to throw "Nazi" and "fascist" firebombs as a means of debate is not a useful source at all, other than as an example of how low the militant left has descended."

Of course, it was also acceptable discourse to be called "Commie racist Dave".

Their Leader recently declared, “Slobs and Radical Left maniacs at the View” are the “Communists” Meghan McCain should fight.

And at the radical Turning Point rally:

 “Like it or not, we are becoming a communist country. That’s what’s happening...The radical left democrat communist party".

That’s also when his standard Trumpian projection echoed Goebbels:

“That’s what they’re doing. You know what it’s called? Disinformation. They make up a lot of crap and they say it over and over and over…”

Like someone being a commie AND a fascist.

Of course our Trumpist friend has been conditioned to reflexively ignore, dismiss, or deny all information from the “Liberal Media, Fake News, Enemies of the people”. He can believe only pro-Trump media.

It was only a few years ago he agreed Trump wasn't morally fit to be president.

He grew weary of ignoring facts and dismissing appeals to reason, of course. It may even have made him uncomfortable. That made me a "hater". Well, that and being such a dirty, lying Socialist/Leftist/Commie/Fascist.

I think what really snapped his girdle was when I challenged him for still supporting Trump, knowing he praised the violent 1/6 terrorists AFTER their failed coup.

It did not compute.

He was utterly incapable of disagreeing, or even recognizing the statement.

So he had to ban me for my "hate".

I’m not so sad to leave as so happy to have been there.

Really. I’ve learned a bit. Those on the radical Right have strong FEELINGS, and beliefs beyond introspection. Beyond facts, logic and reason.

And I have gained a belief of my own, albeit open to as much question as my fascist tolerance allows.

I believe there are two important things to understand about cults like the American far Right.

The radical Right and Trump Cult have two Orwellian operating "principles".

The Two Prime Doctrines of the American Radical Right:

1. The Doctrine of Flexible Morality and Ethics. “It's OK if you’re a Republican.”

“Anything and everything. Identical words and actions are evil if by a Democrat, but never if by a Republican.”

 (Right. My body. My choice. If not for double standards, they’d have none.)

2. The Doctrine of Flexible Reality.*

“Everything is as we say, contradictions included, and everyone else is lying.”

* (Corollaries) “There is no such thing as a Doctrine of Flexible Morality and Ethics. There is no such thing as a Doctrine of Flexible Reality. Unless we say there is.”

(This doctrine was established and expanded upon by their propagandists over the decades, and employed every day across their cult. They were now ready for Trump, their Dear Leader of infallible words and deeds.)

I can’t think of anything these “principles” can’t cover in their deranged and delusional cult bubble.

Ignorance is strength.

2+2=5, comrades.

You frequent and lengthy comments on his blog qualify as harassment. You would be banned from most blogs. Your comments on other blogs don't come close. You have been banned from other blogs for the same kind of comment harassment.

Dave Dubya said...

So you say, Anonymous.

But being called "Commie racist Dave" isn't harassment? Darrell obviously felt that ad hominem attack was appropriate.

And no, I have not been banned by any other blogs. You lie. Now go away. Bye.

TB3 said...

Man, that looks like bait to me. I guess I'll take it, cause I'm being forced to comment at this blog and I have no choice in the matter so, thus, everything directed at me is against my will and ability to change.

Oh.

Wait.

It's not. It's a privately run blog run on a private organization's software and not a public space? Huh, Anon troll is just playing victim and misunderstanding what blog comment sections are and misconstruing that communication is a two-way street and not a one-way fire hose.

Poor wooby. Their sense of entitlement is threatened.

JustMusing said...

Wow. Anon is projecting.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,
Poor Anon. The "victim" again. He blew his only chance to add to the discussion. Accusations just FEEL so good, he can't help himself.

JustMusing,
Without projection and false accusations they have nothing to say. It's their A game. Buh-lieve me, as "fascist commie racist Dave", I know what I'm talking about.

Darrell Michaels said...

So inferring, if not outright calling people "racist", "authoritarian", "Nazi" is okay for Dubya, but when JTF calls you Commie Dave back, you get your feelings hurt?

Hey, TB3, have you seen the "firehose" comments that Dave used to post on Darrell's blog all the time? Most of it was typically combative, nasty, and inflammatory. I think Darrell should have dumped his ass years ago.

BTW, you used to have intelligent comments on his site from time to time too? What happened to you lately? You seem to be losing your mind. Could it be the company you are keeping on Dubya's site?

Dave Dubya said...

"Darrell",

Is that you? When did you start referring to yourself in the third person? Trust me, my feelings are not hurt. Just as you grew weary of my requests for evidence of the "stolen election" and ignoring my noting Trump's praise for violent terrorists after his failed coup, I am weary of requesting that you cite my actual words, instead of misrepresentations and strawmen.

I’m not hurt by all the false accusations, deflections, distortions, projection, hate-mongering, lies, and name calling. I’m not bothered by the fact none of my own words are cited in these attacks. I’m not bothered by my ignored requests for evidence to support those assertions. That all supports my case.

"Combative, nasty, and inflammatory" would be your opinion of my facts and evidence. Maybe you feel hurt. Whoever you are. Because, “Dave’s not sure who you are.”

TB3,
I trust your feelings aren't hurt either. Being told you "seem to be losing your mind" by someone who thinks we are fascists and refers to himself in the third person is almost a compliment.

It seems "Darrell" would rather discuss why I was banned, than the actual case I presented.

But that is to be expected. They don't want to debate policies and ideas. They prefer to justify their hate for us by saying we are "America-hating Commie/Socialist/Leftist/Fascists".

He thinks antifa, vaccination requirements, reproductive freedom, protecting voter rights, provisions for the general welfare, and investigating threats against school boards amount to fascism.

Oddly, he even provided the definition of fascism, and still couldn't see how it doesn't apply to leftists or his examples above.

“A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism. A political philosophy or movement based on or advocating such a system of government. Oppressive, dictatorial control.”

It seems he doesn’t understand the very definition he provided.

He also didn’t want to discuss the US Holocaust Museum list of the warning signs of fascism:

1. Powerful and continuing nationalism
2. Disdain for human rights
3. Identification of enemies as a unifying cause
4. Rampant sexism
5. Controlled mass media
6. Obsession with national security
7. Religion and government intertwined
8. Corporate power protected
9. Labor power suppressed
10. Disdain for intellectuals and the arts
11. Obsession with crime and punishment
12. Rampant cronyism and corruption

No need to consider this when you can show the definition of fascism, and then redefine it to accommodate your resentments, anger and accusations. He seems unaware of his own demonstrations of the third and seventh warning signs.

"Hey, TB3, have you seen the "firehose" comments that Dave used to post on Darrell's blog all the time? Most of it was typically combative, nasty, and inflammatory. I think Darrell should have dumped his ass years ago."

... you refer to yourself as Darrell in your own comments? Is this a 3rd Person "Royal We" kind of situation or has 'Darrell Michaels' become a sock puppet account with a rookie commenter doing his first stint at pretending to be someone they are not?

Huh. So to answer your question, no. I have not gone to Darrell's blog since his/your/their/someone pretending to be him's moronic, anti-American take on January 6th. So, no. I haven't seen Dave's responses there. However, just to educate you, when I refer to 'firehose', I'm of course referring to the rhetorical and argument method and not just long, wordy posts and comments. Your friend and and bias fluffer, JTF (or whatever name he(?) decides to use) will post/blast numerous comments on a number of blogs of seemingly random topics not remotely related to either the main blog post or the current commentary or discussion going on. He's using the Firehose of Misinformation or Firehose of Propaganda. As for Dave ranting? Just because you don't like what he says does not mean he's propandizing for the benefit of non-American actors.

"BTW, you used to have intelligent comments on his site from time to time too? What happened to you lately? You seem to be losing your mind. Could it be the company you are keeping on Dubya's site?"

"Darrell" used to be more receptive in actually engaging me in conversation, generally cordial. We did not agree often, but we could be civil. Then January 6th happened the the heights (or I guess lows, really) seemed to show how his time off from blogging had treated his rational mind. I'm glad he had the decency to abandon the thought of 'saving common sense', since he no longer wanted to even give it lip service. It's disconcerting when I give "intelligent" responses and I'm either provided a tangent answer, a "what about" rationalization answer, or simply no answer at all.

No. I can blame your reception of my comments on either two things: 1) Engaging people more interested in 'owning the libs' and trollng than having a rational discussion. 2) You (Or Darrell? Or whomever you want to pretend to be) having simply been sucked too far into Alt-Right propaganda and you can't see the forest for the trees. I was once like you, believe it or not. I've given my story on Darrell's blog (Or maybe it was Burr's? I can't recall). I was sucked up into the "Conservative" world. Listened religiously to Rush and Hannity and local Rush Wannabes on right wing radio. They taught me (and others) that we shouldn't be friends with "liberals". That they "hate America". I broke free because I started to ask very basic questions like 'Why?' and 'How?' and 'To what end?'. When I realized "Liberals" were just strawpeople. And their cutesy little insulting names for Democrats were just to "other" them and "dehumanize" them, I began to recognize what being "conservative" really was.

I'm sorry you're a true believer and you find your identity as a "conservative" more important than your allegiance to our country or to your fellow citizens. Who knew that the ones playing Identity Politics were the "conservatives" all along. It's just too bad that when faced with reality, you opt to cling to "conservatism" like a security blanket, rather than join the adults in the room.

Rex said...

Sorry to confuse you, Dubya. I know that is easily done though.

I am watching Darrell's blog while he is working on a work project for a bit. I guess I was still logged in under Darrell's password and login from his blog when I commented last night here.

Darrell is done with you and I am sure won't bother commenting here. Doesn't make sense to ban you at his blog and then chat with you here. I, on the other hand, am amused by the twisted logic and double standards of leftists/socialists like you.

Oh, and by the way, you have been banned from other blogs before so your first comment above was a lie... again. Remember being banned from Jerry's blog?

TB3 said...

"I trust your feelings aren't hurt either. Being told you "seem to be losing your mind" by someone who thinks we are fascists and refers to himself in the third person is almost a compliment."

No, Dave, my feelings aren't hurt. I read an article the other day. "Vice Signaling" they called it. Scoring political points with certain "christians" and "conservatives" by 'owning the libs' by being as nasty, argumentative and trolling as possible. When all that's left in your rhetorical quiver is to just be an asshole to people, you don't really have much left. We're all on the same god damn side. Except one 'side' has been indoctrinated to think of me as an enemy because I have different ideas on approaching things. I think that we shouldn't sell off the public land that Darrell loves to photograph to private entities and this probably makes me a "communist" to Darrell.

I want to tax people that have money to be taxed so that we can pay for things like social programs and the military, and I'm a "socialist" or something. Though "common sense" would dictate that if we want to pay for things that we need to raise money. Because I find the concept of decreasing federal revenues to be antithetical to paying for things, I'm probably regarded as a "leftist".

I just don't know. Going back to "Darrell"'s comment to me, maybe I've dived a little more into 'hur hur libs suck' responses to people like JTF, because I spend half an hour drafting a response to comments only to get them ignored, unread, or the responses are to things I (or anyone) has ever said.

So, no. My feelings aren't hurt. I'm just incredibly disappointed that people like "Darrell"'s perceptions of people who he interacts with online has wholly been transformed into caricatures of strawpeople that the right-wing bubble has completely fabricated. People can have wholly differing opinions on things and still be treated with decency. It's just one rather small but loud segment of the discourse has decided Vice Signaling gives them those warm and fuzzies and F' democracy and decency.

" I, on the other hand, am amused by the twisted logic and double standards of leftists/socialists like you." - Rex

This is what I'm talking about. This right here. Get your "conservative" blogger cred playing a game of ol' Rile Up a "Leftist"! And it's the "right" that blames Joe Biden for the division they perpetuate.

But, what do I know? I accept the results of elections and get disappointed in the propagandized world some of my fellow Americans want to believe they live in. I must have lost my mind.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,
Indeed, malevolence IS the point with the radical Right. They have the perfect Leader for that.

Rex,
Thank you for identifying yourself. JTF is notorious for his "anonymous" offerings.

And thank you for the unsubstantiated accusations!

It's a pity you can't identify any of my "twisted logic and double standards". How am I to learn?

So Jerry banned me? That's fine. He may have thought I banned him first. I later clarified he was "done here" to mean with that specific thread. No matter. His inability to engage in good faith discussion was the reason.

Jerry disagreed with my noting the similarities and roots shared by Nazis and the American radical Right. White nationalism, racism, scapegoating, demonization of the opposition, rejection of elections and suppression of democracy, etc. He reacted as if I was EQUATING, instead of comparing. I urged him to consider the distinctions between the terms. He didn't, and he lit into me.

Then he tried to lecture me on history:

Here's what that was about:

~~~~~~~~
Jerry claimed:
“Hitler and his brown shirts beat, imprisoned, and murdered top government officials and elected German representatives before and after he was given the leadership off Germany.”
Multiple times I asked him for evidence of his claim. “Recheck your history” was his response. He refused to cite evidence and doubled down, saying I was wrong and motivated by “hate”. (I do hate Nazis and other fascists.)
Jerry went on to misrepresent what I had said:
Jerry: "I told Jerry I'm fine with him disagreeing about comparing the American Radical Right with European fascism." ~ DD
That is not true, and it's pointless to debate falsehoods. You state many falsehoods, which aren't worth debating.
DD:
You're attacking me with accusations without showing my offense. You accuse me of falsehoods but do not state what they are, nor do you offer the facts I've requested.
I asked you for facts and you doubled down on accusations, without evidence to support them. You refuse to engage with my words again. This is not good faith discussion.
"I told Jerry I'm fine with him disagreeing about comparing the American Radical Right with European fascism." That is not true, and it's pointless to debate falsehoods.~ Jerry
Wrong, Jerry. It is pointless to debate without facts and evidence.
This is what I said above:
"I understand perspectives and opinions vary, and grey areas exist. It's perfectly valid to have a different opinion. You don't like the comparisons I've made. Fine. Your opinion does not invalidate them.”
I gave you fair notice:
"Lecturing me on history without citing my error, while offering no facts. A common MAGA tactic. Show me where I am wrong, or please stuff it. I will publish your next comment only if you respond to this very reasonable request. Last chance."
After blatantly ignoring my request, you've decided to continue to disrespect and accuse me without showing evidence.
This is exactly the behavior of trolls. I won't put up with it. You were politely warned.
You've rejected good faith discussion.
Now you're done here.
~~~~~~~~~
Boring, huh? Or maybe you're Jerry's cheerleader here.

See how bad faith discussion happens, Rex? If you accuse someone, PROVE IT! If you say someone is wrong, EXPLAIN WHY!

You, Darrell, and Vern, have this in common with Jerry. Why is it so difficult for you to say, "Dave, you got that point wrong. Here are the facts"?

I guess I'm asking too much. Such is the degradation of good faith dialogue.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,

I don't think Rex will be comforted by your personal history of being taken in by the Dark Side. The only way he can comprehend your conversion would be to question his indoctrination.

That aint gonna happen. Only a rare few on the Right are capable of examining their beliefs and opening their minds.

And when they do, they catch hell. The most hated Republicans are those who know what a destabilizing and corrupting person Trump really is.

Rex said...

Dubya, do you realize that your complaints are against everyone that doesn't agree with you 100%? It isn't a right-wing problem, because Jerry is certainly left of center. Could it be that not arguing in good faith by "comparing" and not "equating" the right to Nazis and such turns reasonable people off from taking you seriously? Of course the far left will agree with you, but when many people are irritated with you in debate, maybe YOU are the common denominator that is the one not actually trying to debate in good faith. Maybe YOU are the one trying to own the Trumpists. Right? Or is that too much self-reflection to ask from such a brilliant leftist?

Rex said...

By the way, I don't start out being an ass to people that disagree with me. I do give it back and unload on the idiots that start it with me though. Frankly, Darrell is too nice to most leftist trolls over the years. He says it is "counter-productive" to get in pissing matches with them. He thinks he is smarter than me, and maybe he is, but I am definitely better looking.

Dave Dubya said...

Rex,

Darrell has been tolerant and more than a good sport over the years. I like him, believe it or not. I'm sure he's a decent person and capable of kindness. I don't want to demonize anybody.

A also don't want to "own" anybody. I want to hear what others have to say. I'm happy to learn from anyone who wants to share information or insight that I have missed.

And I also like to know how deep into Trumpism people can go. I also wonder how much overlap the Q-anon crap has sunk in.

That provably false, phony, crazed conspiracy BS is as dangerous as it is divisive.

I understand my snark can get to people. What brings it out is when they get unreasonable or accusatory.

I can't help but notice how the Right detests having to support their assertions with evidence and sound reason. They tend to hide behind a wall of beliefs and propaganda. (This happens on the left, too.) I fact check and research as much as I can to understand the facts and perspectives of others. I want to hear what you guys on the Right really think, and where you get your information.

Why do you trust a guy like Trump? That “tough guy” act works all the time. (Did you see him slouching like a whipped dog next to Putin? Trump likes tough guys too.) He really knows how to manipulate a crowd's emotions, and all too often those emotions are hate and anger towards whoever he'd angry with at the moment.

He calls Democrats communists. This is a lie and it is hate-mongering. This poison the American people and our democracy.

He’s really a mobster. Money laundering and fraud charges are under investigation. Worse than that, he set a mob on the Capitol to overturn our election. He watched them on TV for hours, refusing pleas to order them to stop. Later, he PRAISED the violent mob!

Just bringing this up angers you guys and gets me accused of "hate". Is there anything the kooks on the right have NOT accused the other side of? The Q cult has even gone so low as to fabricate Democrat "pedophile rings".

This reveals a deep darkness in their soul, not ours.

Jerry proved to me his lack of understanding of history. He told me I was wrong, yet could not show how, so he reacted emotionally, and falsely accused me of dishonesty. (Evidence above.)

I said, "It's perfectly valid to have a different opinion. You don't like the comparisons I've made. Fine. Your opinion does not invalidate them.”

Then he totally misrepresented me in a huff: "I told Jerry I'm fine with him disagreeing about comparing the American Radical Right with European fascism." ~ DD
That is not true, and it's pointless to debate falsehoods. You state many falsehoods, which aren't worth debating.

It's not about disagreement anymore. He misrepresented me AND accused me. I'm not looking for agreement, but exchanges of thoughts and information. He failed in both. It's all there in black and white. I showed him reason and evidence and he showed nothing.

Shall we not make this about Jerry? Or each other?

You think the election was stolen? Why? Because Trump said so? Why should a pathological liar be so trusted? Why should a man who praised thugs be respected? Because he hates progressives and calls democrats communists?

Again that would reveal more about you than us.

Now, about comparing white nationalist Trumpist Americans to Nazis:

It bothers people who won't consider the argument presented, don't know history, or who have an attitude about the messenger.

I showed the Holocaust Museums warning signs of fascism, and how the American radical Right were exhibiting them.

I'll bring in my witnesses who support my case next post.

And no doubt you're as handsome as Darrell is smart.

Jerry said...

You can't make your points with true facts so you lie/cry like a baby. Historians disagree with your individual Holocaust survivors and even your own survivors statement didn't compare Trump to Hitler. Just like a child you can't stand losing. You have to bring a conversation from another blog to your blog to get your word in. What a fucking liar/looser.

TB3 said...

This statement:

"By the way, I don't start out being an ass to people that disagree with me. I do give it back and unload on the idiots that start it with me though."

Tracks a bit weird when you read it after:

"BTW, you used to have intelligent comments on his site from time to time too? What happened to you lately? You seem to be losing your mind. Could it be the company you are keeping on Dubya's site?"

Was this just you being a pre-emptive asshole toward me? Cause the second statement was made toward me after no prior interaction in this comment thread. Unless, in addition to sock puppeting Darrell's username, you're also posting as Anon?

You know, it doesn't really matter. These are the things you have to tell yourself to make yourself feel like you're the victim and that the person on the other end of the comment section isn't a real person that you need to treat like a person. Call them leftist trolls. Call them socialists. Call them communists. Those aren't people. So it allows you to justify being an abject dick to them.

If you posted that initial comment under Anon, then what did you expect in response? Reasoned agreement? No. The comment posted under Anon was meant to rile up the ol' leftist. Pre-emptive assholery right there, or as you called it 'being an ass to people that disagree with me', except pre-emptively. Like the opposite of 'I don't start out'.

And if you didn't post under Anon? You still came out swinging first.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,
See what I mean about Jerry? He reacts like a Trumpist. No wonder Darrell, Rex and Vern like him. They "seem" to think he's "civil", because he enjoys casting ad hominem insults at me.

With ZERO evidence or words quoted, we stand accused of "losing our minds". And I'm a "child you can't stand losing" who will "lie/cry like a baby".

I'm some kind of "fucking liar/looser" because Jerry says so. His word is enough. I wouldn't be surprised to see a conversion to Trumpism in his future.

Let's review the accusations:

Without no evidence provided, and in addition to being an "asshole" and "idiot", while "losing my mind", I stand accused of being:

A Commie racist
A Marxist
A Socialist
A Leftist
A Fascist
And a fucking liar/looser prone to lie/cry like a baby.

Where DO I find all the time for those meetings? The membership dues alone would be enough to keep me supplied with good scotch.

And darned if I know what any of my lies are, or what facts I have missed. They WON"T say!

I guess I'm just not smart enough to understand their emotional reactions are the same as, or can be substituted for, facts and evidence.

Maybe my problem is my FEELINGS don't supersede reality? I should take lessons.

I asked Jerry for a history lesson and he insulted me instead. I guess that was the lesson.

And here I thought I was just another progressive who supports voter rights, fair elections and proportional representation, racial and gender equality, an economy that works for ALL the people, along with constitutional taxes, regulation of commerce, public health and public education.

They don't want to discuss issues, though. Why should they? It's easier to be a victim, and throw tantrums, blame and accusations.

And finally for discussing the common roots of white nationalism and bigotry shared by Nazis and the American radical Right, (which INCLUDES American Nazis) I'm quite the despicable tyrant.

And to highlight my sinister malevolence I dare "bring a conversation from another blog".

Gee. I'm incorrigible.

I wear their anger, hatred and insults as a badge of honor. Their delusions and emotional level of discourse assure me that the truth and facts are with me.

Let them have fun raking me over the coals at the fittingly former "Saving Common Sense".

It's now their "safe place" and "Anti-Dave Meeting Hall".

I'm honored. Bless their hearts.

Dave Dubya said...

I knew that list was short. I must have been too busy fuming in my “hatred for America” to remember these recent accusations.

It “seems” I “don't believe in the Constitution, a document you seem to despise”, and I “seem to want to outlaw the Republican party”.

No wonder they see me as the hated enemy. They’re thoroughly cult indoctrinate, or just high-strung emotional basket cases. There’s no rational base I can see.

Or...they are the real fascists.

Either way, the Two Prime Doctrines might help explain why they are the way they are.

How about that? I brought the conversation back to the original topic.

Dave,

Stop your whining.

Dave Dubya said...

So Jerry banned me? I don’t recall any written notice, but that’s OK. I’m sure in his head he did it.

Not that it matters.

We do know Jerry sinks to the low level of Trumpist ad hominem attacks:

"What a fucking liar/looser."

"Stop your whinning”, Vern commands.

The “intellectual elites” have spoken.

Both need to ignore the points of my post, and make it about their personal resentments towards me.

They are clueless snowflakes and incapable of good faith discussion. But their FEELINGS are everything.

Don’t forget I’m magically BOTH a fascist and communist at Darrell’s Trumist/Q fan site.

These dupes and fools of the Trump/Q cult are generously proving my case.

They follow the Prime Principles to the letter.

Speaking of these same fellows:

~~~~
And to my special needs, emotionally impaired, indoctrinated Trumpist friends:
Thank you for honoring me with your anger and lies boys. I welcome your vile fascist hate.
You and your cult’s severely impaired cognitive abilities, along with your emotionally manipulated ideology, are why this country is so divided and ignorant.
And let’s never forget this fact. YOU support a man who praised a violent insurrectionist mob after he sent them to overturn our election.
We know damn well what you’d say if Obama praised thugs who beat cops and stormed the Capitol. See your Prime Principles I discussed.
Hitler’s Putsch and Trump’s Putsch tell us who they are. And your support for Trump tells us who you are.
You and your fellow cultists are the domestic enemies of truth, democracy and equality.
Anybody with a lick of common sense and understanding of history knows you are projecting YOUR fascism in those hysterical hate-filled accusations.
I bet you never even read the post, and have no clue what those Prime Principles are, even though they explain your cult perfectly.
Just the Facts! said...
Stop your lying Dave...who is Jerry?
Where did I say he/she/it banned you?
Typical.
Rex said...
TB3, you are right and I am sorry. You did not attack me personally so I was wrong to be belligerent with you starting off. Just a thought... Not saying that your are, but Comrade Dubya is not a person that you really want to model yourself after.
Dubya says, "Both need to ignore the points of my post, and make it about their personal resentments towards me."
He ignored all of the points of the fascist/leftist post that Darrell made and said some shit about them being discussed elsewhere. He then accuses everyone AGAIN of being supporters of domestic terror and authoritarianism... yada yada yada.
No personal resentments or attacks there, right, Comrade? Just addressing the points of the post. About the only thing that the lefty Biden regime doesn't have in common with fascims is that they aren't strong nationalists. I guess they'd have to love America first to champion nationalism. Instead they champion one world wide socialist government. What could go wrong?
I get it Dubya. We all get it. If we don't support what you believe, we are all supporters of Trumpistan. We all think the 1/6 riot was cool. We all are racists. We all are authoritarians bent on suppressing the vote for people of color. My ex-wife must be really conflicted since she is black and more conservative than I am. Funny how people that have lived in communist/socialist countries and come to here are upset at what they see wifht the left and where they are wanting to take us.
Dave Dubya said...
TB3,
This is JTF and his dementia in full bloom:
"Stop your lying Dave...who is Jerry? Where did I say he/she/it banned you? Typical."
But his is just an abbreviated version of the misrepresentations and straw men from Rex.
Notice he can't cite any quote or point from my post to refute. He just falsely claimed he did, ("Just addressing the points of the post.") and promptly pulled resentments from his ass, like dry drunk demented Vern.
They have never known rational discourse, good faith discussion, or even civil debate. In fact, they reject it all. "Comrade commie fascist Dave hates America" is all their narrow minds and bigoted brains can process.
And he thinks he "gets it", naturally.
If brainwashed dupes think I'm a commie AND a fascist, no wonder they're gullible enough to swallow the Q anon crap about "Democrat pedophile rings".
They will support Trump and his Big Lie, just as Trump supports his thugs who swallow his Big Lie. Trump was quite "cool with 1/6". He refused to order them to stop and PRAISED his terrorist mob after they beat cops, threatened to murder people, and sacked the Capitol.
THEY are the goddamn fascists. I've laid out the case, but their indoctrination prevents them from even reading it, let alone refuting it.
Rex, Darrell and Vern are all OK with Trump praising terrorists. Dear Leader can tell no lie nor do no wrong.
And they think that's being "conservative".
And aren't you shocked, shocked at how many people from countries with socialized public health care and education all want to come here and pay higher costs with worse outcomes than their countries?
Must be a dozen of 'em.
Dave Dubya said...
Rex complained, "He ignored all of the points of the fascist/leftist post that Darrell made..."
Not true. My points now show only, "Comment Deleted".
Not that were read in the first place, as Rex demonstrated.
Rex said...
Well, I and everyone else cannot read comments that have been deleted, Dubya. Perhaps if you had heeded the warnings, Darrell would have not had to ban you and delete your comments that you made after he had done so. You decided to keep it up with your golden oldies of everyone is a Nazi, you all support terrorists because Trump praised them and you did not call for his execution... blah blah blah.
Dave Dubya said...
And there he goes with the misrepresentation again. They must fear addressing my actual words. Darrell deleted facts and reasoning he didn't like.
For good reason. The truth reveals their authoritarian loyalty to their leader who praised terrorists, and their hatred for those who reject their authoritarianism and bigotry.
It's OK for Rex and Darrell to falsely call me a "Marxist fascist who hates America", but they get very annoyed when they are called out for their support of a man who praised violent thugs. They were a mob full of racists, Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and yes neo-Nazis. Nazis LOVE Trump. Racists and bigots LOVE Trump. Duped ignorant idiots LOVE Trump.
Did I call our delicate friends Nazis? No, but they react very defensively as if I did. Who's the real fascist here?
What's truly amazing is Darrell post the definition of fascism, failed to show how it applied to those he hates, and then proceeded to exemplify several of the warning signs of fascism himself.
“A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism. A political philosophy or movement based on or advocating such a system of government. Oppressive, dictatorial control.”
How the hell does antifa, progressives, defenders of voter rights, public health and education, women who want reproductive freedom, and vaccination requirements fit this definition?
No way in hell. They are insane with hatred.
US Holocaust Museum list of the warning signs of fascism:
1. Powerful and continuing nationalism - Check, "I love America, and YOU hate it)
2. Disdain for human rights
3. Identification of enemies as a unifying cause - Check, scapegoating
4. Rampant sexism
5. Controlled mass media - Check, demonize the "liberal, fake news, enemies of the people" media
6. Obsession with national security - Check, Obsession with illegal immigration
7. Religion and government intertwined - Check, strip women of reproductive freedom
8. Corporate power protected - Check,
9. Labor power suppressed -
10. Disdain for intellectuals and the arts
11. Obsession with crime and punishment
12. Rampant cronyism and corruption - How many Trump cronies are criminals? No issue with unqualified Javanka. Overrode security clearance and pushed the blonde to be head of the World Bank.
Given more space and the rest would be checked too.
Glorious projection and willful ignorance makes a cult a happy hateful cult.
Question: How is supporting the man who praised terrorists NOT supporting them and their Big Lie as well?
You tell me.
It's like saying, "I'm no racist, but I support the Klan and Proud Boys". Or, "I love America, but I also love Trump after his insurrection and praise for his thugs."
No wonder they hate me. I see through them, and it frightens them.
Rex said...
“A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator..."
Like executive orders for mandatory vaccine and mask mandates under Biden? Like mandatory financial support for abortions, while trying to remove conscientious and religious exemptions. Like championing transgender rights so that women are hurt by having to compete against biological men in sports and in sharing public restrooms.
"...a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls..."
Like Biden's unilateral dismantling of the XL pipeline and drilling for energy on federal lands thus costing thousands of jobs and losing America's energy independence. Like Biden telling corporations of 100 people or more that they must vaccinate their employees.
"...violent suppression of the opposition..."
Like what Antifa and BLM do to everyone that disagrees with them. By charging people with crimes for standing in front of their homes with arms as a BLM protest illegally tresspasses into a gated community to try and intimidate those that disagree. By dishonorably discharging military personnel that refuse the vaccine.
"...and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism."
Well like I said, there is not belligerent nationalism, because the left wants open borders and HATES AMERICA as it currently is. They are racist though. Their racism is just cloaked in the benign sounding term of "anti-racism".
There you go Dubya. Sound like other than the nationalism part, the militant left you are a proud part of does embrace those fascist ideals.
I know this makes you angry and hurts your feelings, but sometimes the truth hurting is what can make you check your conscience and realize that we simply need to treat each other like we want to be treated.
Dave Dubya said...
Yup. Now watch how I quote Rex's words instead of fabricating straw men like he does.
Everything Rex resents is "fascism" now. Remember when it used to be "socialism" and "communism"? They reject the meanings of words and redefine them in order to frame their hateful accusations. See Prime Doctrine #2.
"Masks and vaccinations to promote public health are FASCISM!" (Nowhere in the universe but in their heads.Prime Doctrine #2)
"mandatory financial support for abortions" (Nowhere in the universe but in their heads. Hyde Amendment prohibits it. Prime Doctrine #2)
"women are hurt" (No evidence cited. Girls have been allowed to play with boys football teams. Personally I say it should be up to schools to set athletic policies. It is not fascism by any stretch. Warning sign #4. "Rampant sexism". Prime Doctrine #2)
"Shutting down a pipeline of Canadian oil that runs through Native lands and watersheds is FASCISM!" (Nowhere in the universe but in their heads. Prime Doctrine #2)
Vaccinations are normal for induction into the military. It is not fascism by any stretch.
"Like what Antifa and BLM do to everyone that disagrees with them" (And here it is. Fascism projected. Scapegoating and demonization that fits warning sign #3,"Identification of enemies as a unifying cause". It is essential for fascists to play their victim card. Rex sees himself as a victim "suppressed" by antifa and BlM. He isn't. He just hates people he's afraid of, like a fascist.)
"the left wants open borders and HATES AMERICA" (The two demonizing and hateful lies are exactly what a white nationalist fascist would say. Hateful lie. Prime Doctrine #1. Where would they be without scapegoats? Warning sign #1. "Powerful and continuing nationalism". Warning sign #3 "Identification of enemies as a unifying cause".)
"They are racist though. Their racism is just cloaked in the benign sounding term of "anti-racism". (Hateful lie. Prime Doctrine #1. Projection. Prime Doctrine #2 )
Nationalism is an essential feature of fascism. It's absence indicates their willingness to ignore definitions. (Prime Doctrine #2)
As we see, the Prime Doctrine of Flexible Reality is their favorite.
All of their hate and lies fall under Prime Doctrine #1, The Doctrine of Flexible Morality and Ethics.
Trump PRAISED terrorists. They PRAISE Trump.
Heil, Trump!
But there's one progressive value held by Rex:
"we simply need to treat each other like we want to be treated"
Unless he WANTS to be lied about and hated, that is...
Stop lying about me, Rex, and I'll stop telling the truth about you.
Rhetorical Questions:
Do they even know what they are talking about? How can I be a "commie AND a fascist"? How can I "hate America" when I call out the anti-American fascist hate-mongering lies and rhetoric of the radical Right who STILL SUPPORT Trump as he continues his Big Lie about the election, illegally tried to overturn the election, and praised terrorists for trying overturn it for him?
No answers expected.
Unanswered Question:
How is supporting the man who praised terrorists NOT supporting them and their Big Lie as well?
You tell me.
Dave Dubya said...
Helpful hint:
Whenever the radical Right accuses the opposition of being communists, fascists, or even socialists, they are employing the same tactic Hitler did with his opposition.
Trump and his mob of fascists are elevating this scapegoating, demonization, and false accusations to the level Hitler took it.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on former Trump adviser Stephen K. Bannon’s podcast Tuesday.(10-26-21)
“The real truth is the communist revolution that the Democrats funded and waged every single day and every single night in American cities all across our country.”
Trump:
"Slobs and Radical Left maniacs at the View” are the “Communists” Meghan McCain should fight. And at the radical Turning Point rally: “Like it or not, we are becoming a communist country. That’s what’s happening...The radical left democrat communist party".
And they're doing it more than ever, after their Fuhrer lost the election, lied about it, tried to overturn the election, and sent a mob to the Capitol to do it for him.
When Hitler did it, it was called a Putsch.
1/6 was Trump's Putsch. He is a fascist, and an enemy of decency, truth, democracy and equality.
Those who still support him, support his fascism. Period.
If it steps like a goose...
Warning Sign #8 Corporate power protected:
Joe "Coal" Manchin and Kyrsten "Pharma" Sinema are obstructing voter rights legislation by siding with McConnell over their party.
Rex said...
You really are a piece of work, Dubya.
Yes, there are differences in the definition of fascism, but I pointed out how your leftist's favorite term applies to your tactics quite aptly. I think that was the whole point of Darrell's post which you obviously missed. No, you aren't a fascist. You are a militant leftist that supports fascist tactics in furthering your agenda.
Every example I gave, you simply said that it wasn't and is all in our heads. That is as full of bull shit as you are. You have no desire to respond to facts. You simply spout your lies and say your "brilliant" points have remained unanswered. Go whine to your fellow cowards at your local antifa meeting. You really are a part of the problem. To you, people are only terrorists if they are on the right, even though the idiots at the capitol killed NOBODY; That is not true of the billions of dollars of businesses, and multiple deaths caused by YOUR leftist terrorists.
Damn, no wonder nobody wants to discuss anything with you. You are as close-minded as they come. Ironically you are far more like Trump in demeanor than you even realize. Your positions are different but your attitudes are the same. You both lash out instead of discussing things like an adult. You both NEVER admit when you are wrong, and you both are arrogant and obnoxious. Yep. Dubya is the leftist-Trump!
Rex said...
Yeah, you're just pissed that those corporations didn't spend more money to fund abortions, especially of black children, through the evil Planned Parenthood.
Dave Dubya said...
Rex,
Wasn't the point of Darrell's post "The Militant Left's Embrace of Fascism"?
How could I miss that?
What did I tell you about the Strawman fallacy? I bet you ignored that, as well as most everything else I say. But you're doing it again.
SHOW MY WORDS. You won't because you're afraid of good faith discussion. Your fictitious and fallacious diatribes are NOT "discussing things like an adult".
"Every example I gave, you simply said that it wasn't and is all in our heads."
Yes, because NONE of your examples fit the definition of fascism. Your Doctrine of Flexible Reality keeps changing the definition to suit your crazed accusations.
Authoritarian as you are, you are NOT allowed to unilaterally define terms. That is what fascists do.
If I was the "leftist Trump", I'd praise terrorists, thugs and insurrectionists. Wrong again, sport. I don't do that.
You failed to show how I am a "militant leftist that supports fascist tactics". Pulling it from your ass doesn't count.
What do you mean by "militant" anyway? What specific "fascist tactic" do I support? You have shown none. I have discussed numerous fascist tactics YOU use.
Indeed I showed clear examples of radical Right fascism.
You must have about a hundred definitions of fascism that exist nowhere but in the fevered brains of the radical Right.
You suffer from the delusion that I praised terrorists and thugs like your Dear Leader. No I do not. (Yes, they terrorized people, and yes, they were violent.) YOU support that kind of person who did just that. And you can't shake that off with projection and more false accusations.
Definitions:
Merriam Webster- Terrorism: the unlawful use or threat of violence especially against the state or the public as a politically motivated means of attack or coercion
(FBI) Domestic terrorism: Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.
That's your gang, and you support their leader.
You will NEVER find a word of support from me for those who seek violence and destruction. You'll have to keep pulling that crap out of your ass.
"Every example I gave, you simply said that it wasn't and is all in our heads"
Well, then show us where else it is.
Finally, there you go again:
"...your local antifa meeting. You really are a part of the problem."
Another demonizing attack and example of fascist scapegoating. Sounds like you'd consider a "final solution" to the "problem". Jews in 1934 Germany were similarly accused, even the "Marxist/commie" thing. And being "the problem".
Warning sign of fascism #3. "Identification of enemies as a unifying cause"
Rex, I appreciate your efforts, but you really are just digging in deeper and proving my case.
How about you stop pulling crap out of your ass, stop with the accusations and fascist scapegoating, stop with the demonizing lies, and QUOTE MY WORDS that you dispute?
Are you capable of that? I doubt it, but that's your chance to show where I am wrong.
Otherwise you validate my points.
Michael Gerson was a top aide to President George W. Bush as assistant to the president for policy and strategic planning.
Is he now a “Leftist/Socialist/Commie/Fascist” for speaking the truths the radical Right cannot accept?
~~~

Only one party has based the main part of its appeal on a transparent lie. To be a loyal Republican in 2021 is to believe that a national conspiracy of big-city mayors, Republican state officials, companies that produce voting machines and perhaps China, or maybe Venezuela, stole the 2020 presidential election. The total absence of evidence indicates to conspiracy theorists (as usual) that the plot was particularly fiendish. Previous iterations of the GOP tried to unite on the basis of ideology and public purpose. The current GOP is united by a common willingness to believe whatever antidemocratic rot comes from the mouth of an ambitious, reckless liar.

Only one side of our divide employs violent intimidation as a political tool. Since leaving the presidency, Trump has endorsed the view that the events of Jan. 6 were an expression of rowdy patriotism and embraced the cruel slander that the Capitol Police were engaged in oppression. Turn to Fox News and hear hosts and guests referring to a coming “purge” of patriots, alleging that the left is “hunting” the right with the goal of putting conservatives in Guantánamo Bay, and speaking of “insurgency” as a justified response.

Only one political movement has made a point of denying the existence and legacy of racism, assuring White people that they are equally subject to prejudice, and defending the Confederacy and its monuments as “our heritage.” This is perhaps the ultimate in absurd bothsidesism. My side suffers from economic stagnation and the unfair application of affirmative action. Your side was shipped like coal and sold like cattle; suffered centuries of brutality, rape, family separation and stolen wages; and was then subjected to humiliating segregation and the systematic denial of lending, housing and justice. Who can say which is worse?

Only one president — as released documents show — attempted to overturn the results of a fair election, tried to block the certification of his successor and discussed in the Oval Office the possibility of imposing martial law. Only one president had minions prepare the step-by-step instructions for a constitutional coup.

Dave Dubya said...

I wonder if Darrell, Rex and Vern would agree with this Trump supporter:

A woman at a Traverse City, MI School Board meeting this week: “Satan’s agenda is behind this. Masks don’t work and neither do vaccines. It’s destroying and killing. You want to program children to turn in their parents. Right now, there are classrooms in the US that are teaching cannibalism.”

Seems reasonable, amirite?
