Moral Weakness

The racist president smeared his feces again. “It would show great weakness if Israel allowed Rep. Omar and Rep.Tlaib to visit. They hate Israel & all Jewish people, & there is nothing that can be said or done to change their minds. Minnesota and Michigan will have a hard time putting them back in office. They are a disgrace!”

A disgrace? Why? For not “going back where they came from”?

Yes, and it would show a great moral weakness if the Israeli far Right leadership share the fascist racism and bigotry of the American Tangerine Tyrant.

Netanyahu’s regime took the bait and slammed the door on the Black and Muslim American Representatives.

Senator Bernie Sanders echoed my thoughts. “If Israel doesn’t want members of the United States Congress to visit their country…maybe they can respectfully decline the billions of dollars that we give to Israel.”

Israel’s Haaretz news outlet also condemned the affront to decency. “The wannabe authoritarian tag-team of Netanyahu and Trump has committed a reckless, racist, contemptible act.”

From his dark corner of Hell, Adolf gloats triumphantly “Wunderbar, Bibi! Just what I would have done!” Satan smiles as he serves the Nazi white nationalist his ice-water. "Authoritarian nationalism triumphs again!"

It comes down to this. The Democratic Representatives were “punished” for being hated by Trump.

They were condemned by corporate media and demonized by white nationalists as “anti-Semites” for having the gall to criticize AIPAC and the Israeli government. Their support of #BDS only further infuriated the radical Right. The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement “works to end international support for Israel's oppression of Palestinians and pressure Israel to comply with international law.”

In an irony of arrogance, the act of bigotry and marginalization of political opposition by the Trump/Netanyahu regimes just gave #BDS its biggest boost by far. The Netanyahu regime’s flagrant intolerance is highlighted, showing the world their authoritarian essence, as they serve as minions and enforcers of Trump’s hate.

The Big MAGAt dumped a pile of stinking crap, and Netanyahu stepped right into it. Now his smeared shoes leave stains and odors like the rest of the MAGA Cult.

Speaker Pelosi sensibly responded, “Israel’s denial of entry to Congresswomen Tlaib and Omar is a sign of weakness, and beneath the dignity of the great State of Israel. The President’s statements about the Congresswomen are a sign of ignorance and disrespect, and beneath the dignity of the Office of the President.”

Even AIPAC needed to implement damage control:

“We disagree with Reps. Omar and Tlaib’s support for the anti-Israel and anti-peace BDS movement, along with Rep. Tlaib’s calls for a one-state solution. We also believe every member of Congress should be able to visit and experience our democratic ally Israel firsthand.”

Face it. Neither country presents a good face for democracy. But I’ll allow the possibility that good intentions were embedded into AIPAC’s frantic response to minimize alienation of the Democratic Party and millions of Americans.

Representative Omar spoke out for real democratic values in her statement:

"It is an affront that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, under pressure from President Trump, would deny entry to representatives of the U.S. government. Trump's Muslim ban is what Israel is implementing, this time against two duly elected Members of Congress.

As a member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, it is my job to conduct oversight of foreign aid from the United States of America and to legislate on human rights practices around the world. The irony of the 'only democracy' in the Middle East making such a decision is that it is both an insult to democratic values and a chilling response to a visit by government officials from an allied nation."

Israeli Interior Minister Aryeh Deri offered permission for Representative Tlaib of Michigan to enter the country on “humanitarian grounds” to visit her grandmother, after she "committed to accept all the demands of Israel to respect the restrictions imposed on her in the visit, and she also promised not to advance boycotts against Israel during her visit."

The conditions and demands mean she is still banned from visiting as a member of the US Congress.

Representative Tlaib didn’t take the bait. "I have decided that visiting my grandmother under these oppressive conditions stands against everything I believe in--fighting against racism, oppression & injustice.... I can't allow the State of Israel to take away that light by humiliating me & use my love for my sity to bow down to their oppressive & racist policies."

Meanwhile, unmentioned by Republican bigots and their white nationalist leader in the White House, American Jews of conscience were confronting their extreme far Right evil first hand:

~~~
Video captures horrifying moment prison officer drove into Jewish activists protesting ICE
Jewish activists and allies with Never Again Action were staging a peaceful protest outside a Rhode Island detention facility that jails immigrants for the federal government when a man in a truck, reportedly a corrections officer at the facility, drove straight into the group and sent several to the hospital. “Local police officers working at the protest did not intervene,” activists told The Washington Post, “and the driver eventually walked into the prison after other guards pepper-sprayed the protesters.”
As dozens of activists sat peacefully on the street outside the Wyatt Detention Facility, a driver sped up into the crowd while blasting his horn. Activists screamed as others chanted, “Shame!” But the driver only kept pushing into activists, continuing to drive several feet even as they were clearly standing right in front of the truck. “The whole world is watching!” others chanted. “5 people went to the hospital,” Never Again Action said in a tweet, “including 2 who were hit by the truck.”
...Never Again Action’s Amy Anthony told Newsweek, “We have confirmed that the person driving the truck is a correctional officer who works for the detention facility. The driver was in his uniform when he hit the protesters. His rank and name were embroidered on his shirt and he was wearing a badge at the time."
~~~

But it’s not all bad news.

At least there are still many Americans free to visit Israel, unhindered by Netanyahu or Trump and his racist cult. These privileged Americans would be the tiki torch wielding Trump supporters who chanted, “JEWS WILL NOT REPLACE US!”

They get a pass, for they have gained presidential approval as “very fine people”.

Your blog is becoming rather grim there Rev Dave, no JG, no TB3, no Yellowstone, no Mozart nobody but little old me, and you're afraid of publishing my posts. Guess I'm the last man standing.

I'm laughing at you.

TB3 said...

Just because I have nothing to comment does not mean that I am not here and reading Dave's thoughts and opinions. I tend to prefer to stick to the topic of Dave's post or the line of conversation. Unlike the JTFs of the world, I don't just ramble about random, innocuous things and post unrelated blaze and daily caller screeds.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,
Thank you. We'll have to muddle through without JTF's bigotry and hate. Remember when Obama the Kenyan Muslim was "palling around with terrorists"?

He was giving the Squad the same treatment. He had no evidence refuting my points, of course.

I would point out the fact he now disagrees with AIPAC on the issue. By his standards that would make him antisemitic. That would complete his white nationalist profile, so there's that.

Just the Facts! said...

TB3 Thanks for reading the Revs. blog, it's just you and me, LOL and Dave is lonely and irrelevant. You made his pathetic day almost worth while.

STILL WAITING FOR THE REV. TO SHARE WITh US HIS PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WITH RACISM.

P.S. not holding breath.

JTF: Exhibit A.

TB3 said...

Dave,

I have to assume JTF is merely trying to provide a real world, smaller-than-life example of the topic of this post. This vague attempt at making fun of you and your blog, a blog he regularly participates in mind you, is certainly not a Moral Strength. His vague attempt at making fun of you and your blog, also, would probably be classified as online bullying. Our First Lady would certainly disapprove of its attempted use against you.

JTF,

I can not speak toward Dave's solitude, but I am sure he is doing fine on that aspect of his life. As for his relevance; I certainly find his points to be relevent in our current political discourse. If you find Dave irrelevant, what does that say toward your... oh hey, here it comes again, your Moral Strength that you come here to beat down on someone you already perceive to be down?

Oh, I wonder, maybe it's not about Dave's irrelevance and loneliness? JTF, are you just projecting? Is there something you need to talk about? Kids not talking to you or the family not giving out hugs to you as plentifully as they once did? Is that why you lash out so insistantly when Dave moderates your comments when he deems them off topic or racist? Giving you that attention that makes you feel that your opinions matter or are relevant? Surely, you're not actually interested in Dave's personal experiences with racism, right? You just want someone to talk to. I get it. We're here for you, so long as you stay on topic and manage to talk about people as equals.

Hey, I'll start: What do you think of the contents of this post- Moral Weakness? I find myself wondering if there were someone other than Donald Trump in the White House and that someone other than Donald Trump sided with another Sovereign Nation and their decision to not allow law abiding American Citizens into their country, Congresspersons of the opposite political party than the someone other than Donald Trump, whether a certain spectrum of the political discourse would be as positive about it. Surely a theoretical President Clinton publically siding with a Theoretical Prime Minister Benny Gantz and his party's decision to keep, oh let's say, Steve King and Matt Gaetz from entering Israel wouldn't be met with disappointment and discouraging words, right? Because, haha haha, that'd be hypocritical right? Right?

Right.

"If white privilege exists… - Why didn’t Barack Obama identify as being white?...Why does Kamala Harris pretend to be black?"

This is like asking: If oranges are so great for you, why don't you skydive?

Seriously, rather than the knee-jerk defensive reaction to the mere concept that white people have an inherent leg up on non-whites, maybe actually explore the possibility and learn about it first? You, presumably a white individual, lose nothing by opening your mind up to the concept that you've benefited from a societal privilege. You aren't to blame for it. No one will hate you for it, specifically. They may hate you for your visceral reaction to and refusal of its existance, but you can't help being White. The same way Obama can't help being black. Speaking of...

Hey, JTF and the JTFs of the world that may read this and identify with the quoted question: Maybe consider for a moment why you pretend to care why Barack Obama doesn't identify as being white? He's written a couple of Autobiographies that actually dive very deeply into his personal life, personal choices, and the culture he's lived in. They are a little longer than the 280 characters we've grown accustomed to reading a day, but if you hunker down and spend a little time... you can find out!

As for Kamala Harris... why do you care? Do you ask the same about Nikki Haley pretends to be white? Bobby Jindal? Ted Cruz? I honestly do not care that these three in particular use shortened names or nicknames to obscure their ethnicity, but since you care about Harris and Obama enough to ask (You really don't, I know. This is all part of the playbook afterall), I'm really curious.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,
Of course he didn't respond to your points. That would indicate a sense of decency that is foreign to the authoritarian personality. (But we can talk about him all we want.) Here's more proof from JTF that white supremacists deny white privilege:

TB3, Not that Rev Dave will print this, but your response ignores the concept that, per liberals, being white in America results in a privilege. So why wouldn’t Obama, who was half white claim his whiteness in order to get more privilege that liberals claim is inherit with white Americans? Or is the claim of white privilege just a straw dog invented by the left in order to divide Americans? Like other replys to you, you will NOT get this, cause the Rev will claim it’s racist or some other made up B.S..Actually that is a great example of an authoritarian globalist in action

I only included this to show his utter lack of rational faculties, willful ignorance, racism, and denial of white privilege. And, as always, it proves he is wrong again.

Obama "claiming his whiteness" would be ignoring the obvious, like JTF claiming to be a non-racist follower of Christ. LOL!

TB3 said...

Yeah, it's adorable in an ignorant racist uncle kinda way that JTF has a complete misunderstanding or intentional failure to pretend to understand the concept of White Priviledge AND their inability to address it but rather focus on the ignorant fiction they've created for the concept's genesis. It's too bad that they can't follow your very basic rules of conduct, Dave.

It was a nice diversion away from your post's topic though, so yeah, I guess they succeeded in keeping conversation away from the actual topic. It's too bad. I still think they do it because it's the only way to get people to interact. Like a four year old acting out because they are starved for attention.

No antisemitism there. No siree.

And of course we can remain confident that ol' Vern (JTF) shares the exact same views as his Orange Messiah about American Jews.

Doncha, Vern?

TB3 said...

The use of the term "total lack of knowledge" is kind of ironic, seeing as how our President has a total lack of knowledge on how Jewish Americans are Americans, not Israelis. The alternative to him not having a total lack of knowledge would have to be that our President is an antisemite.

If only I could have a conversation with a supporter of the President's that can help me understand that I am suffering from a misconception or explain how I am wrong.

It's our burden to forever be clueless. Since cons don't do facts and never explain anything, we can only be guided by their emotional reactions to their "victimhood" they must endure from the terrible oppression and marginalization they suffer as uneducated, white nationalist con-servatives.

JTF,

Nice that you realize we use facts and logic to "give up' on.

As one accused of being an "authoritarian globalist" that would indicate I won the argument by your standards. It's easier than providing facts and evidence to counter my points, isn't it?

So what exactly IS your argument, again? Please show any errors of fact or judgment in my post if you can.

I'm still curious to hear your opinions on the things mentioned in this blogpost and my comments earlier. Assuming you have your own opinions on things and they're just not contrarian knee jerks with no actual thought behind them.

Dave Dubya said...

Perhaps I'm just a bit too old-fashioned to recall the time when facts, evidence, logic, and reasoning were the factors that determined the winner in debate.

We know this is all wrong now. The new rule is whoever is louder, most repetitive, and most importantly, furthest to the Right and closest to Trump wins. Just by being there.

Any fool can do it. Winning is easy in an authoritarian culture. Simply follow the Fuhrer and you will be Right. Always Right. Far, far Right.

I'm sure no one will miss JTF's latest deflections, evasions and demands to off topic questions.

Once again proving my assessment correct. Cons don't do facts and never explain anything.

TB3 said...

Well, you know, Rules and Norms don't apply to you when you don't want them to, right?

It's like they think or assume they have some sort of, ah what's the word, oh yes, privilege over others. Meanwhile, I'm going to go back to reading about how our President is being a strong, decisive leader by thinking he can utilaterally overturn the 14th Amendment. It's funny how certain people get SOOOOO bent out of shape over the mere thought about regulations of one Amendment, but a different Amendment is perceived to be inconvenient to them... yeah, let's act like what we claimed President Obama to be; A tyrant.

Oh, right. Hypocrisy.

Dave Dubya said...

Yes, indeed, privilege over others.

As we have observed for quite some time, the #1 rule in American politics is IOKIYAR. Every time, every way. Pedophilia, war of aggression based on lies, torture, white nationalist presidential rallies, stealing elections, vote suppression, "lock her up!", "Send her back", etc. are ALL OK if you are Republican.

Hypocrisy is an unknown concept to an authoritarian or sociopath personality. That's one of their privileges. Very white of them.

Dave Dubya said...

JTF thinks he disproved white privilege because the "half white" Obama's are buying an estate on Martha's Vineyard. Then he demeaned them for buying "beachfront property" when there is global warming.

One would think con-servative white resentment and racism are sweet things by their holding them in such tight embrace.

Dave Dubya said...

JTF has more racist hate for the "stupid" Obamas and their "beachfront" property. (The house is actually a half mile from the beach on elevated terrain overlooking a pond.) But racists see things differently, of course. Maybe the view is blurred from dusty White Settlement in Texas.

But, facts, you know. Who cares?

He wants to think he's smarter than the Obamas. Now THAT is hilarious.

Just the Facts! said...

Deliberate misreading of Biblical principles by Rev. Dave to promote socialism.

The Bible teaches charity with one’s own time and money.

Socialism teaches charity with other people’s time and money.

So…not the same thing.

Dave Dubya said...

A classic off topic, deliberate deflection by Vern.

I suppose even racists need a break from their obsessive racism.

Good point, though. Charity by public funds is indeed evil, when it feeds the poor, heals the sick, and uplifts the downtrodden. No wonder he hates socialism.

I don't recall Jesus objecting to public charity either. He also didn't say the rich needed tax cuts, did He? Nope.

He DID say, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's", though didn't he?

For some reason Vern never acknowledges what He said about the rich. Why is that?

And there's "For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required".

Pure socialism. The Party of Trump would call Jesus a socialist terrorist, and nail him to a cross if He were here today. Just imagine what He would say about Trump and his racist, violent cult.

Just the Facts! said...

You know how when you go off topic it's ok , like when you question my faith, but let me respond, oh man is that racist off topic...typical Liberal double standard. SPEAKING OF WHICH, you are rather quite since I showed how far the VERY RICH Obama BEACH HOUSE WAS FROM THE WATER. Wonder how much of his money THE VERY RICH Obama gives to Caesar, like his monthly salary, LOL..no way. Wonder how mucgh iof hus tim and mney he gives to charity?

But that's typical reaction from the Party of Rev Dave, if there is such a party.

The Bible teaches charity with one’s own time and money.

Socialism teaches charity with other people’s time and money.

JESUS DIDN'T SAY THE RICH, LIKE THE VERY RICH OBAMA DIDN'T NEED TAX CUTS, did he Rev. Dave. Got some more misquotes and interpretations of the Bible you want to share?

Just the Facts! said...

BTW can a black be a racist or are yo u afraid to answer?

Dave Dubya said...

Big surprise. "Deliberate misreading of Biblical principles" and the "Obama beach house" are copy and paste twitter lies from the authoritarian cult zombies.

LTF had embraced the lies and hate, of course.

It would morally weak of JTF to not admit this. Last I heard it was a sin to lie. His Trump Bible must make an exception for Republicans, amirite?

It is also mentally weak to reject the truth.

He really cannot think at all for himself. Just like all authoritarian cult zombies.

There's nothing Christian about their cult. When will the morally and mentally weak far Right understand they have no Christ in their version of Christianity?

Just the Facts! said...

Tell me Rev. Dave what do you think defines Christian?

Dave Dubya said...

Like this so-called "Christian":

Serial adulterer, racist, and liar Newt Gingrich said, “I wonder how many black folks causing traffic jams waiting in line at the drive-thru to get to a fried chicken sandwich are registered to vote."

(As if he really wanted them to vote!)

TB3 said...

You've got them derailing you again with innoculous questions that they 1) Don't care what your answer is and 2) Keeps them on the "Offense".

They don't care. They just want to "win", whatever the F that means for them. It, too, probably has a floating definition that meets their wants, needs, and desires of the moment. Just like with Christianity. Jesus said whatever they want him to say and whenever he did not explicitly say 'GAYS ARE ICKY' or 'IT'S NOT IMMORAL TO CAGE CHILDREN', that's their tacit approval and a way to self-absolve themselves of their immorality.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,
In his defense, I did mention "hateful fake Christians". This is his opportunity to tell us what kind of Christian he thinks he is.

He hasn't replied yet, so I'll assume he's happy with my answer. Or he just doesn't know how to respond to my asking, "Which one defines you?"

However he sees his faith, one thing is established. He is a "Trump Christian", where Christ is missing from their version of Christianity. Every atheist I've met has a more human decency and firmer moral grounding.

Dave Dubya said...

While JTF tries to figure out which kind of Christian he is, he wants us to believe Trump Christians are innocent victims of persecution.

He shared a news story titled "MAGA hat led to assault outside Portland bar".

It seems a nice Trump Christian instigated an altercation wearing his MAGA hat at a bar in Portland, while on a "date night" with his dear wife.

It was on this special occasion the wife wanted to see what reactions the hat would draw. (Here, hold my beer.)

After going to several bars, a confrontation and angry words ensued. This led to the MAGA hatted gentleman shoving an individual. It was then the Trump Christian gallantly took a punch for his savior.

I'm sure his swooning bride is looking forward to their next big night out, down at the bar. Perhaps this sweet couple of Trump Christians will double their fun by wear matching hats for the evening.

While we don't know the religion of the mixed race couple who were provoked, we do know they were not the party deliberately seeking to antagonize others in public. That would be the romantic couple of Trump Christians.

Trump Christians can be very bad Christians. After all, Klan members, white supremacists, white nationalists, Proud Boys, and neo-Nazis are almost all Trump Christians, as well as very fine people.

I'd like to thank JTF for this teachable tale on "Moral Weakness".

Dave Dubya said...

"Blaming the victims of a hate crime is MORAL WEAKNESS"

That’s correct. Those who provoke conflict are not victims. Trump Christians think George Zimmerman was the victim for killing Trayvon Martin.

Trump Christians follow their leader in blaming victims.

Here are some examples:

"We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides, on many sides."

Who else but a Nazi sympathizer would accuse those who oppose Nazis of “bigotry”? This is clearly blaming the victims in Charlottesville. I remember when opposing Nazis was a sign of character and moral grounding. Not so with Trump and his Trump Christians.

“And nobody wants to say that, but I’ll say it right now. You had a group -- you had a group on the other side that came charging in, without a permit, and they were very, very violent."

Note he’s talking about the “other side” and not his Nazi fans and white supremacist supporters. They are on Trump’s side.

Not only is he blaming the victims for not having a permit to exercise their right to free speech, he blamed them for being “very, very violent”. They didn’t kill or main anybody. The Trump Christian Nazis did.

Trump Christians love their leader, share his moral weakness, and embrace his blame for the victims.

So, Vern. Since you are a Trump Christian, we understand you more than you think we do.

TB3 said...

JTF,

Hate crime? 1) Hat wearing people are not a protected class. 2) Trump supporters aren't a protected class. 3) Belligerent Looking-for-trouble people aren't a protected class.

It seems pretty clear that the assaulted individual went to this place looking for trouble. But, okay. Snowflakes gonna snowflake, I suppose. The fake persecution complex the JTFs of the world express is tiring.

Imagine what MAGA Hat Wearing people could do if they put their energies into something positive? Look how a group of Trump supporters went out to Baltimore and helped to clean up some of the streets and alleys. Now this doesn't make me want to Re-Elect President Trump, but it does give me hope that there are still some folks who voted for Trump that are looking to actually "Make America Great Again" with their actions to actually help make places better. And guess what? None of the people who went to Baltimore got punched in the face.

https://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2019/08/05/conservative-activist-trash-cleanup-baltimore-trump-tweets/

Imagine. Go to a place looking for a confrontation, you get one. Go to a place looking to help and live the values you espouse, you get gratitude.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,
True to form, JTF chose to ignore your generous mention of Trump supporters in Baltimore.

He can always be trusted to shun decency in any discussion.

In his nonsensical response, Vern decided to suggest I'm OK with violence and, for some odd reason, you don't think a black guy attacking only white people is a hate crime.

Only a Trump Christian can be so twisted and hateful. As you said, the fake persecution complex is tiring, but they always need to play their "victim card".

It's common to all fascists, racists, and white nationalists. Poor witto snowflakes.

TB3 said...

A black guy attacking only white people is a hate crime? What imaginary black guy is he talking about, I wonder? He brought up the MAGA Hat guy in Portland. If this is the example he's continuing to reference... sounds someone didn't actually read/see the news source about that story. MAGA Hat-Man was struck by another white guy.

So we're concerned about hate crimes now? I guess JTF is all about denouncing the Trump Supporter who went to El Paso to kill him some Mexicans, huh? Probably not.

Moral weakness.

It's too bad the JTFs of the world have lost all their Christian Empathy and are so focused on the 'Us vs Them' mentality the Hannity's, Trump's and Rushbos have cultivated for decades that they've completely forgotten we're all on the same team. Unless, of course, JTF turns out to be a Russian-funded Troll. Now that would explain things.

You seem unable to present a cogent thread of reason or evidence-based response.

I bet you think I don't know con-servatives very well either, despite your glaring sample of con-servative discourse. ;-)

Where did you attend seminary to get your degree allowing you to call yourself Rev?

Dave Dubya said...

And now the typical con-servative deflection tactic has been employed.

Say, wouldn't a good Christian be honest and either point it out, or admit he found no errors in my understanding?

Yes, but there are no more good Christians on the far Right. They embrace Trump, mammon, anger, hate, racism, and white nationalism. We have tons of evidence to reach this conclusion, as any reader would know by now.

Bye, Vern.

Dave Dubya said...

OK. I'll come clean, just like the president.

Who could have a problem with that, amirite?

Just as I thought, you know nothing of the Bible and Christianity. You are a fraud. You are not a minister of Christianity, you are a political hack.

Dave Dubya said...

Just as I thought. No errors found, and your Orange Messiah's words are all you need from your "Christian president". Obviously your idea of Christianity conforms with racists, white nationalists, and klansmen. They are all your kind of Christian. All hate, no love and all lies, no truth.

You're a hypocrite, and too ignorant to back your accusation with evidence. We know Jesus sees the hate in your heart, since it is obvious to every honest observer with any common decency.

No wonder you'll never understand. You're a fake Christian, and a shameless fraud with no conscience.

Bye, Vern.

TB3 said...

Wow. That was certainly a cringeworthy exchange.

Since when does someone need to attend seminary to refer to themselves as a reverend, pastor, preacher, bishop, etc? Jimmy Swaggart didn't need it. Joel Olsteen didn't. Jerry Falwell. Peter Popoff. Jesus Christ. Pathetic, desperate effort there fellow.

Dave Dubya said...

TB3,
You're right. "Reverend" is not a legal title, and not even exclusively Christian. As God is my witness, I am ordained. My sin is I enjoy teasing fake Christians who make unfounded accusations and demands of me.

In the view of the Nirankari, a beautiful faith rooted in the Sikh tradition, I would be a "saint". THAT would really blow his fuse.

And to think, with all of those comments, he still failed to produce one misinterpretation or error on my part. It's as if con-servatives need to make false accusations without thought or evidence, or both, as is typical. They serve the Great Deceiver. Or would that term define a certain president as well now?

I digress.

Regardless, he's some "Christian". No truth, no way, and no light. He does qualify as a "Trump Christian", though.

However, it was a perfect display of these con-servative Rules of Discourse:

The Rules:

Deceive
Define
Deflect
Distract
Demand
Demean
Demonize
Deride
Despise
Dictate
Divert
Discredit
Dismiss

They believe in Him but only in his vague existance and not with anything that He ever said or did. No, like voting Republican, Christianity is just a symbol on a baseball cap for these people. Rah, Rah, Rah. Not unlike watching those Prosperity Gospel Televangelists.

So proud of their religion and so proud of their chosen political team. What does James say about pride again? I think there were a few mentions of Pride in the Book of Proverbs.

But, whatever right? As long as the conversation on a small political blog gets derailed from the original intent and point of the post. Thank you for your efforts Reverend Bishop Paster Saint Dave.

As expected afraid to answer a simple question. You are a
fraud like Swaggart, Olsteen and the Rev. Sharpton. Your heroes .

TB3,
They have no idea their facade melts away into anger and hate when exposed to the light of truth and decency. I even gave him an honest-to-God answer; something he has never done. And this actually brings us to the topic of "Moral Weakness". He's a peach.

Vern,
Thank you for no longer challenging my status. Now if you just send me $1,000 in seed money, YOU will be my hero. And I'll put in a good word for you upstairs. ;-)

TB3 are you also a Rev? Just asking questions caused snowflakes like Rev. to melt away in anger at their inability to answer them.

I'll send you $1000, just give me your address and real name.

Vern,
You just broke the 9th Commandment. That is a moral weakness you share with your Orange Messiah. It also seems your deep reverence for him violates the 1st Commandment.

How are we ever to ever believe you are a good Christian?

Sigh, same old same old from the REV, more slippery than an eel, guess the Rev is just like his hero, THE Rev Sharpton, lies lies and more lies. Says for a grand he will do something, when offered the money he slips away. Or maybe runs away would be better.

He is not a Christian, he is a fake, a fraud, and his blog proves it to be so. Swaggart would be proud of him. At best a swindler, at worst not a Christian, as he can't even define the religion.
Deflection from any question that might expose his fraud, not worth another minute of my time.

Just asking questions, cause you can't answer them yourself or respond to things said to you in a constructive manner.

DD,

How are we ever to believe? They don't care. They are Christian simply because they said they are. The same way if this person said they were blue, they'd be blue in their mind. Or if they said they were a walrus, than they're a walrus. They change as easy as a wikipedia page and with less thought.

Thanks, Vern, but you're not fooling anybody. That Ninth Commandment means nothing to you, does it? Jesus knows your offer was a lie. He also knows how angry and hateful and ignorant you are to be such a raging sinner. I'm sure if I can be Christian enough to forgive you, so can He. But you'll have to face the truth and repent, lest you die in sin. We don't want that to happen, don't we? You're not getting any younger or healthier.

TB3,
They really do employ their "doctrine of flexible reality" with disturbing ease. Authoritarians and cultists have neither need nor desire to acknowledge the real world, or others in it. They don't have to, because they regard themselves superior by race and creed. By their words and deeds, that is their deepest belief.
