Obama killed Bin Laden without congressional approval. Obama invaded Libya, operation killed Qaddafi. No approval. Biden kills the Al-Qaeda leader, no approval. A good first step would be for Anonymous Vern to learn some facts. But to him, anything Trump doesn't want him to know is "fake news", like a cult.
Obama was operating under the AUMF, as did Biden, to kill bin-Laden. An AUMF (Authorization for Use of Military Force) is a congressional resolution granting the President authority to use the U.S. armed forces for specific military actions after 9/11, which authorized force against those who planned or aided the attacks.
The CRIMINAL President Trump had no such authorization.
Obama didn't "invade" Libya and he didn't kill Gaddafi. Rebels killed him. The attacks on Libya were NATO actions after Gaddafi was indicted by the International Criminal Court for killing hundreds of protestors.
Trump MURDERED 80 innocent Venezuelans to arrest Maduro.
Can Anonymous Vern take another step and explain how that is "justice"?
