Poem For Sarah P.

The Midnight Ride of Sarah the Quitter

Gather 'round children and hear the tale
The one the Twit of the Tundra tells

Ride like the wind o'er hill and dale
And warn the British with shots and bells

Ding dong, pow pow
Listen to our song
Everything you thought
You knew is wrong

Okay, I have to admit that I did laugh at this in spite of myself. :)

I never write poems, yet the Quitter in Lipstick inspired me.

Who says progressives hate Sarah? I see her as one of those lemons in life to use for lemonade.

Speaking of lemons and Liz Lemon, I thank her for sparking my love for Tina Fey.

See how inclusive we libs can be?

Clever and fun. The poem, not Palin.

Tina Fey is a treasure. Ironically, I'll bet she knows a lot more about American history, government and world and national affairs than the gadfly grifter she sometimes plays on TV.
