Spreadin' Ted

Look who came down with COVID-19, just months after he said the global outbreak was "not a real pandemic" and a "scam".

None other than Ted "Shit Pants Chicken Hawk" Nugent. His authoritarian arrogance and swollen ego finally got him something worse than Cat Scratch Fever.

"I have had flu symptoms for the past 10 days. I thought I was dying...I literally could hardly crawl out of bed the last few days".

Poor thing. Although I'd be more compassionate if Spreadin' Ted wasn't a threat to human life.

The radical Right, wrong again.

It's not complicated.

Socialized health care saves lives. Radical Right lies kill people.

It's bad enough that these people believe their garbage, but they go out and tell others to behave in an unsafe way. That is unconscionable. They should forfeit their lives.

Texas: The COVID-19 Disaster That Never Happened...

According to liberals, there must be dead bodies in the streets and jam-packed hospitals full of sick and dying patients in Texas, right?

President Joe Biden said the governor’s decision reflected “Neanderthal thinking.” Gilberto Hinojosa, chairman of the Texas Democratic Party, said it was “extraordinarily dangerous” and “will kill Texans.” The national media ridiculed Abbott and Texas as a bunch of rubes who deserved whatever they got.

Yet a month and a half later, newly identified coronavirus cases in Texas have fallen by more than 50 percent, and daily deaths have dropped even more.

Meanwhile, states with stricter COVID-19 regulations have seen spikes in daily new cases. (SEE MICHIGAN) This is not the pattern you would expect to see if government-imposed restrictions played a crucial role in curtailing the pandemic, as advocates of those policies assume.

Meanwhile in Texas, new cases of COVID-19 have dropped substantially and deaths have fallen as well.

Well shut my mouth.

I don't how many sick and dead people constitute a disaster to you, Vern. As long as you don't know any of them you seem OK with it.

Texas: The COVID-19 Disaster That Never Happened...

Obviously you don’t know anyone who died or was hospitalized by covid. You live in Texas. You should be better informed about what happened there.

According to liberals, there must be dead bodies in the streets and jam-packed hospitals full of sick and dying patients in Texas, right?

How about "according to the facts"?

Texas Tribune, January 22, 2021:

https://www.texastribune.org/2021/01/22/coronavirus-texas-hospital-capacity/

“Facing a crush of COVID-19 patients, ICUs are completely full in at least 50 Texas hospitals”

Across Texas, hospital intensive care units are being battered as COVID-19 cases continue to rise in a post-holiday surge. Dozens of facilities have reported that their ICUs have been at or above 100% capacity for weeks, leaving staff overworked and stretched thin.

More than 50 Texas hospitals are currently reporting that their ICUs are 100% full or higher, and a dozen of them have been full for more than half of the 24 weeks since hospitals began reporting that information in July, according to a Texas Tribune analysis of data released by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Do you have sources that disagree? Didn't think so.

President Joe Biden said the governor’s decision reflected “Neanderthal thinking.” Gilberto Hinojosa, chairman of the Texas Democratic Party, said it was “extraordinarily dangerous” and “will kill Texans.”

Texans WERE killed and being killed by covid. What kind of cold-blooded sociopath could ignore that fact? GQP?

The national media ridiculed Abbott and Texas as a bunch of rubes who deserved whatever they got.

Total bullshit. The radical Right can’t go for a minute without playing their victim card.

Yet a month and a half later, newly identified coronavirus cases in Texas have fallen by more than 50 percent, and daily deaths have dropped even more.

Yes. Cases have surged and receded everywhere. Cases dropped in Michigan before restrictions were lifted. Restaurants and bars are open now, and cases spiked.

Yes, See Michigan. And see the numbers below. Spreadin’ Ted Nugent lives in Texas, doesn’t he?

"Well shut my mouth."

Would that be any easier than opening your mind?

Vern, if you care to offer facts, instead of bullshit, I may allow you to respond. And by responding you are identifying yourself as Vern.

Otherwise, bye, bye.

Dave,
Hint, it is now the last week of April, thanks for sharing 4 month old information.

Vern,
Yes, it is the last week of April. I see the radical Right hasn't included the calendar to be "fake" yet.

I was showing you that Texas was at a peak when Michigan's numbers were going down. Texas was nearing 30,000 new cases when Michigan was at 3,688. Almost a factor of 10. In fact Michigan only exceeded 11,000 briefly.

Hint, it was MARCH 3rd when Biden made the “Neanderthal thinking" comment. Compare Michigan to Texas on that day:
Texas
March 3, 2121
New Cases 7,593
7 Day Avg. 7,253

March 3, 2121
Michigan
New Cases 1,808
7 Day Avg. 1,373

So now we see the swing again. We'll see how that goes, won't we? Texas will probably have another surge.

Michigan
April 21, 2121
New Cases 6,004
7 Day Avg. 6,405

Texas
April 21, 2121
New Cases 4,205
7 Day Avg. 3,312

I must say your indifference to half a million American deaths to be quite cold-blooded.

But then, "pro life" has always ended at birth for the radical Right.

Just the Facts! said...

"Texas will probably have another surge." If so it will be due to the Biden crisis on out border, allowing infected "migrants" to enter the country.

Federal officials are advising leaders in Michigan to re-implement lockdown measures instead of sending more COVID-19 vaccine doses to the state as cases surge.

White House senior adviser for COVID-19 response Andy Slavitt said Monday that the Biden administration would not play “whack-a-mole” by re-allocating vaccine doses to hot spots. At the forefront is the state of Michigan, where infections and hospitalizations are surging more than anywhere else in the country.

Vern,
Aww. Did your Uncle Ted catch covid by raping a 16 year-old immigrant? Or was he arrogant like Trump, Christie, and the rest of the anti-maskers?

Your cold-blooded white nationalism is repugnant. If Trump had taken covid seriously and acted honestly thousands more Americans would be alive now.

https://www.businessinsider.com/analysis-trump-covid-19-response-40-percent-us-deaths-avoidable-2021-2

"About 40% of US COVID-19 deaths "could have been averted," a new analysis of President Donald Trump's public-health policies found.

The report, published by the Lancet Commission, excoriated Trump's handling of the pandemic and general approach to public health. "He expedited the spread of COVID-19 in the US," the authors wrote.

"Many of the cases and deaths were avoidable," they said, adding that "instead of galvanizing the US populace to fight the pandemic, President Trump publicly dismissed its threat (despite privately acknowledging it), discouraged action as infection spread, and eschewed international cooperation."

This is why racist white nationalists would blame poor immigrants and asylum seekers. Their beloved traitorous spreader Dear Leader is above criticism.

Just don't blame spreaders like Nugent and all the other idiots who won't wear masks or get vaccinated.

If you were really concerned about immigrants and covid, you would support vaccinating them.

But we know what you think about that, and how much "Christian compassion" you have for them.

Vern's done here. I won't publish his pro-terrorist rhetoric about Michigan's governor targeted for assassination by Trump's thugs.

Anti-science is stupid enough, but I draw the line at promoting radical Right terrorism.

And they wonder why I compare them to Nazis..

"Ole Shit Pants Chicken Hawk" likes to come to the U.P. to hunt bear etc. with some Vietnam vets. I have to give these vets credit for allowing someone like Shit Pants to be in their presence. They allow him to stay at their hunting camp too.

Tim,
Sucking up to Shit Pants Nugent shows being a veteran doesn't endow one with virtue or wisdom.

With their packs of dogs, caravans of trucks, and radios, I've never thought of bear hunters as sportsmen. They don't do it for food. It's just organized slaughter for thrill killers.
